Q. Can I buy a ticket at the door?
A. Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the door. Please note that door sales are cash only, so we recommend buying online in advance to avoid delayed access to the event.
Q. I’ve got kids 11 and under – do they need a ticket?
A. Yes, even though children 11 and under go free, they still need a ticket to gain entry to the stadium. You can book a kids ticket here: https://www.tickets.hkrugby.com/stadium-showdown
Q. Is food and drink available?
A. Yes, drinks are available to be purchased and consumed in your seat. Food is available at the concessions on the East and West side of the Suite Level of HK Stadium, but must be consumed at the concession tables – i.e. you are not able to take food back to your seat. Note most concessions are cash-only. You do not need a special/suite level ticket to access the food concessions.
Q. Can I bring food and drinks into Hong Kong Stadium?
A. No - food, drinks and empty water bottles are not permitted to be taken into Hong Kong Stadium. Please note there will be bag checks on arrival. For more information what can and can’t be taken into Hong Kong Stadium, please check here: https://www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/stadium/hks/regulations.html
Q. What are the social distancing/safety measures?
A. Groups must be seated in no more than groups of six, and seats will be clearly marked out by the stadium. Masks must be worn at all times except when eating and drinking. Temperatures will be scanned on arrival and entrants must scan the Leave Home Safe App or fill in a form with details to enter. Hand sanitiser will be widely available throughout the stadium. Note the Upper tier/level of HK Stadium will be closed.
Q. Can I leave the event and come back in with the same ticket?
A. Yes, you need to scan out of HK Stadium at the re-entry points, and scan back in when you are ready to return. Please retain your ticket if planning on re-entry.

問：我可以帶食物和飲品進場嗎？

問：有關社交距離的措施是怎樣的？
答：不得多於6人一組就坐，大球場會在坐席上進行標記。除飲食時外，必須時刻佩戴口罩。入場時會測量體溫，所有人士必須掃描安心出行應用程式或填寫表格方可入場。場地各處會提供酒精搓手液。請注意，大球場上層將會關閉。
問：我可以離場後用同一張門票再次入場嗎？
答：可以，你須在重新入場閘口掃描離場，並在重新入場時再次掃描。如打算再次入場，請保留門票。
