(2023年4月19日 - 香港）自2019年暫別香江以來，睽違數載，香港網球總會（下稱「本會」）隆重宣佈將於2023年10月再度假維多利亞公園網球主場舉行年度女子國際網球盛事 - 「保誠香港網球公開賽2023」，同時宣佈保誠保險（下稱「保誠」）為賽事的冠名贊助商，繼續與本會𢹂手將此國際盛事帶返香江，強勢助力描繪香港體育旅遊發展新篇章！
香港網球總會會長莫君逸先生表示：「本會很高興能再度舉辦『保誠香港網球公開賽』，繼續推動女子網球運動發展；同時非常感謝保誠保險一直以來的大力支持。籌辦是項大賽將成為香港體育及旅遊發展的又一里程碑，向本地及海外球迷傳達香港已重啟的正面訊息，歡迎世界各地遊客前來欣賞及體驗我們的獨特文化和熱情，彰顯香港作為亞洲盛事之都的地位。」
本會衷心感謝香港特別行政區政府一直以來對賽事的鼎力支持，亦非常高興獲得保誠保險有限公司全力贊助。保誠保險香港行政總裁林智剛表示：「保誠香港網球公開賽是本港體壇盛事的焦點之一，我們對今屆賽事再度歸來感到興奮。隨著國際旅客往來香港復常和陸續復辦的大型活動，我們深信保誠香港網球公開賽定可吸引世界各地頂尖女子網球選手於10月前來競賽。保誠作為是次活動的冠名贊助商，將繼續透過運動項目致力推廣健康和積極的生活模式，並作為我們投放資源於社區事務的其中一環。」

回首往屆賽事成就，「保誠香港網球公開賽2018」曾於33項國際巡迴賽中脫穎⽽出，成功獲選為「WTA年度最佳國際賽」。為承接過往榮譽，再鑄盛事輝煌，今屆賽事將增設更多新元素以慶祝賽事回歸及迎接香港重啟，冀吸引更多市民關注及支持。

(19 April 2023, HONG KONG) After 5-year hiatus, The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association (“HKTA”) announced the return of Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open 2023 (“PHKTO 2023”) at the Victoria Park Tennis Centre Court this October. HKTA is delighted to welcome back Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) as the title sponsor of the tournament, which will be a highlighted event boosting the development of local sports tourism.
Mr. Philip Mok, the President of HKTA said, ‘HKTA is proud to host Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open again and further support the development of women's tennis. We are grateful to have Prudential as our title sponsor along the way. This event will be another milestone for Hong Kong sports tourism development, demonstrating that Hong Kong has relaunched. Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open 2018 had been awarded ‘International Tournament of the Year’ at the 2018 Women’s Tennis Association’s (“WTA”) Tournament of the Year Awards, outdoing 32 other WTA International Series events worldwide in its category. Riding on previous achievements, PHKTO2023 will feature new elements to celebrate the return of the tournament and the restart of Hong Kong, helping to draw more public attention and support.
